Dear Diary,
We are still in the hiding place were the Germans can`t find, me, my sister and my daddy. I am still hungry and thirsty, but my dad has gone to the kitchen to get some food for me and my sister. Two hours later it will be my bedtime but I am still terrified about the Germans finding me, but my sister said don`t worry. In the morning my dad was going to go to a meeting, to talk about the war! Meetings were held across the country to find an answer were me and my sister and my dad will live .And dad has been away for longer than he said he would be.
Hello Amelie,
You’ve written a quietly terrifying story that really captures the sense of what it must have been like for people to be in hiding during WWII. Well done!
Keep writing!
