Year 6 had an amazing week in the Brecon Beacons last week. The highlights of the week were: mountian walking, finding a glacial lake, caving, gorge and waterfall walking and learning about the production of gunpowder for use in mining and quarries. Add to that having a great house to ourselves where we showed great team work in the cooking and chores and lots of fun! How can we even begin to thank everyone who helped out, what an incredible experience! I am only disappointed that we couldn’t take any photos of the caving or gorge walking. Well done to year 6 for throwing themselves into the week with smiles and enthusiasm.
